Fraud Prevention

We take fraud very seriously at CoH and have implemented a series of Fraud Prevention measures. If your order is suspected of being fraudulent, it will be automatically held until a member of our team reaches out to you for confirmation.

Anyone who engages in fraudulent credit card activity on CoH will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Anyone who fraudulently claims a non-delivery may be subject to an investigation with the post office, and subsequent legal action.
